Service level one
All our printing times are guaranteed. If we fail to despatch your printing or don't have it ready in the quoted time we will supply the work and credit you in full for the printing.

Service level two
For a 35% premium over standard rates we will dispatch in half the normal delivery time - That's three working days from order for leaflets, business printing and gloss laminated business cards! Our credit refund guarantee applies.

Service level three
For ultimate speed at an 80% premium on our standard rates, we offer a SAME DAY printing service for artwork supplied fully designed on computer disc. The origination must arrive before 9.00am and will be printed and dispatched in the day (or may be collected by arrangement). This service is available on selected items only. Please phone for details. Our credit refund guarantee applies.

Standby level
For less urgent jobs we now have a standby service on some products. For an extension of turnaround to double our normal time we can discount our price by 5%. The service is currently available on Full Colour Leaflets, Full Colour Business Cards & Postcards and Business Printing only.

Terms
1. Our terms are payment with order. The following methods of payment are acceptable: Cash, Cheque, Bankers Draft, Payment into our account, Building Society Cheque or Chaps. We reserve the right to delay dispatch until we receive confirmation of cleared funds (Eg Cheques take 5 days to clear)

2. Turnaround times quoted will not include the day that we receive your order unless:
a. Your order & payment is received by guaranteed post or some other guaranteed service by 10.00am.
b. Your order is received by Email, together with payment by 10.00am.
c. Your job & payment is delivered to buyright.com by hand before 10.00am

3. In order to achieve our turnaround we require a proof with your work. This allows us to check that your files look as you intended when opened on our computers. Proofs should either be a Hard Copy in Colour or Black and White, a Screen Grab, Low Resolution Picture File or pdf. buyright.com will not be responsible for any errors in the printed work where these errors were also on the proof.

4. If we receive incomplete files, corrupt files or files which are of inadequate quality to use for print then we will 'Stop the Clock' on the turnaround until the problem is resolved.

5. Where printing is dispatched on time from printbuyingonline.com but is delivered late due to a shortcoming of our carriers buyright.com will credit back the cost of the carriage only.

6. buyright.com working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

7. buyright.com work hard to ensure the printing we supply is perfect. In the unlikely event of work being unacceptable due to a shortcoming at buyright.com then we will urgently reprint or otherwise make the job good. buyright.com are unable to both reprint & credit the same job.
